Service Description
30-Minute Studio Session Know exactly what you want and don’t need a full hour? This session is perfect for quick and focused shoots! 📸 PRICE: $150 DEPOSIT: $75 + sales tax (Non-refundable, goes toward total price) SESSION TIME: 30 minutes (Will not go over time booked) INCLUDES: 8 edited images + RAW gallery with all WATERMARKED images sent via email (Only final edits will be sent without watermarks) UP TO 2 PEOPLE (For groups larger than 2, book a group session) 1-2 OUTFITS (Arrive on time—if you're late, we cannot extend your session) BACKDROP OPTIONS: Any color available STUDIO PROPS: Simple props like stools and chairs can be used EDITING TURNAROUND: 7 business days (Monday-Friday) EXPEDITED EDITING: 2-3 business days: +$75 Next-day edits (up to 8 images): +$175 Important Policies: LATE ARRIVALS: If you're late, your session still ends at the scheduled time. No exceptions. FINAL PAYMENT: Must be paid before your session starts. ADDITIONAL EDITS: Need extra retouched images? Available for $XX each. GUEST POLICY: Only those being photographed should attend unless previously discussed. STUDIO RULES: No food, drinks, or additional props unless pre-approved. 📌 This session is can also be used for: birthdays, maternity, engagements, creative shoots, children’s portraits, and more!
Cancellation Policy
Photography Booking Policy – Armina Media Inc. Thank you for choosing Armina Media Inc. for your photography needs! Please review our booking policy before securing your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours before your session. Deposits are non-refundable, but one reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook. Deposit & Payment: A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Final payment must be made before any photos are released. Editing & Turnaround: Standard turnaround time for edits is 7 business days. Expedited options are available: 2-3 Business Days: +$75 Next Day Edits: +$175 RAW photos will be provided WITH WATERMARK only. Session Details: Please arrive on time, as sessions will not go over the booked time. If props or outfits are included, they will be provided as stated in the session details. Additional edits or retouching requests may incur extra fees. Printing Services: PRINTING IS NOT INCLUDED with your photography session. Printing services are available for purchase separately through our offered services. Rush Fees & Additional Services: If you need next-day edits or additional services, please add the applicable rush fee from our service list when booking.
