Cancellation Policy

Armina Media Inc. - Photography Headshots Policy Booking and Payment: - Headshot sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting Armina Media Inc. - A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking. - The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the scheduled session. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Clients may cancel or reschedule their headshot session up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment; however, the deposit is non-refundable. Late Arrival: - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration without a discount. Retouching and Editing: - Basic retouching is included in the headshot session fee. Additional retouching requests may incur extra charges. Image Delivery: - Digital proofs will be provided within 24 hours for client selection. - Final, edited images will be delivered electronically within 3 days after the client's selection. Usage Rights: - Clients receive personal usage rights for the headshot images. - Commercial use or distribution without permission is prohibited.
